Welcome to another edition of Cleveland Browns mock draft Monday. The Browns made a hire last week as the team brought in Mike Bloomgren to be the team's new offensive line coach following the firing of Andy Dickerson. This points to the team returning to Kevin Stefanski's roots with the wide zone due to Dickerson's coaching background, which slightly alters a potential draft plan. The team will focus more on offensive linemen with the movement and athletic skills to thrive in a zone-blocking scheme. They will also look for running backs who excel in the same style scheme. The conversation for the second pick remains centered around the quarterback position; it is tough to win in the NFL if you don't have a quality signal-caller. But it is a weak quarterback class, and if you force a quarterback at pick two who you don't love, that could be a massive mistake. I think you should take the most talented player at the second pick or add assets by trading back. In the coming weeks, however, I will put out some mocks with a quarterback at number two to show what it could look like.
