Welp! Another slow start and porous defense led to the Cincinnati Bengals finishing 9-8. Despite having the NFL’s leading passing (Joe Burrow), a triple-crown winner at WR (Ja’marr Chase), and the league’s leading sack artist (Trey Hendrickson). The defense was wet toilet paper soft too many times this season. Defensive coordinator Lou Anarumo, a handful of defensive assistants, and OL coach Frank Pollack paid with their jobs. Cincinnati enters the offseason with head coach Zac Taylor having his seat scorching. They have an estimated $60 million in cap space with the opportunity to add more with some veteran cuts.
