Under Jon Robinson, the Tennessee Titans have rarely been in the mix for big free agent names out of the gate. Whether fans like it or not, the Titans typically look for one or two starters in free agency, one or two starters in the draft, and they hope that the later rounds of the draft yield starters down the line as they develop in the system. It isn’t flashy, but it has been incredibly effective. Even fans who complain about the playoff losses over the last two years have to admit that this is a good team that has beaten the best teams in the NFL routinely. In fact, the Titans have only had winning seasons with Robinson at the helm.
