The Big Ten is home to more than its fair share of mighty football factories and some of the best and most storied football programs our great game has ever seen. That’s a fact that won’t ever be lost on the minds of Philadelphia Eagles fans. Big Ten schools know what to do when you toss them the pigskin and trot them out onto the football field. There’s the Michigan Wolverines, the Ohio State Buckeyes, the Purdue Boilermakers, the Nebraska Cornhuskers, the Wisconsin Badgers, and, of course, the Penn State Nittany Lions. Hey, we may not have named everybody, but you get the idea. And, did you notice the feeling you got when you cycled through those names?
