Roster Watch

The NFL Regular Season is nearly Complete with the Super Bowl upcoming and the Senior and Shrine Bowls in the rearview mirror. The following is version 5.0 of my 2025 NFL Mock Draft Series. As every year, the Draft process can vault some players up or down depending on performance, just like C.J. Stroud in 2023 against the Georgia Bulldogs in the CFP or Xavier Worthy at the NFL Combine. The Picks are set and it’s time to expand to a second round, now that it’s “officially” draft season. Some players may return to school, while some players may declare early, the final declaration day is set for January 24th. The NFL has become a year-round league, from the season, free agency, the draft, and offseason OTA’s to fall camp, the league never sleeps, and neither do we at RosterWatch. Alex and I finished in the middle of the pack in 2024 for the Huddle Report competition, while our guy Mike Band took home 2nd place. So it’s back to the drawing boards and time to begin research on the 2025 class not only to improve our mock draft skills but also to enhance our Dynasty Fantasy Football overview.
