Draftwire

● By Jeff Risdon
With a few more draft slots known and the early-entrant deadline passed, it’s a good time to update the first-round projections for the 2025 NFL Draft. The first 24 slots are officially set, with the losing teams from Wild Card weekend filling in positions 19-to-24, and the non-playoff teams slotting through the first 18 picks. The remaining teams are in order of the final NFL waiver wire position at the end of the regular season and are subject to change based on the remaining postseason outcomes. This mock explores the concept of a quarterback not going No. 1 overall and what ripple effects it might have. No trades in this edition.
