Blue Chip Scouting

Last week was one of the busiest weeks I’ve ever had. On top of covering the Senior Bowl virtually, I was also dealing with school work all week. But there was good to come out of it. On Saturday, I participated in my first ever zoom press conference as a credentialed member of the media. I was able to ask Panthers HC Matt Rhule who were some players he was impressed with throughout the week, and he gave out names such as Texas A&M QB Kellen Mond, Miami EDGE Quincy Roche, Clemson WR Amari Rodgers (we might be hearing his name in Round 1 mock drafts soon), and UCF SAF Richie Grant, another name who could jump into the first round of mocks as we get closer to Draft Day. It’s a moment I will never forget!
