Is it roster reset time for the Jacksonville Jaguars? Just two seasons removed from giving the Kansas City Chiefs all they could handle in the divisional round of the 2022 NFL playoffs, Trevor Lawrence and the Jaguars have gone in the opposite direction since establishing themselves as an up-and-coming team. Off to an 1-5 start to start the 2024 NFL season, suddenly there is rumblings of change around this AFC South squad. With head coach Doug Pederson on the hot season, there looks to be a need for a “culture change” in Duvall County. Could that change start if the team loses in Week 7 to the New England Patriots in London? That could set up a roster reset at the very least which has already started with the team trading defensive lineman Roy Robertson-Harris to the Seattle Seahawks for a 2026 sixth-round pick. Another loss and the Jags may be trading away more players and a coaching change will be imminent. The silver lining to the possible changes will be a high draft pick in the 2025 NFL Draft to start the roster reset in Jacksonville.
