The Bengals are in a unique spot with the 28th overall pick in NFL Draft 2023. On the one hand, there’s some areas of the roster that could use an immediate talent upgrade. On the other, they were a few plays away from making the Super Bowl and don’t have a ton of drastic changes for the roster on the horizon.
