After yet another disappointing season for the Atlanta Falcons, they have decided to shake up the entire front office and coaching staff in an effort to capitalize on Matt Ryan’s remaining years. The Falcons went 4-12 in 2020 after former head coach Dan Quinn got the team off to a 0-5 start which ultimately led to his firing. Quinn was not alone in taking the blame for the Falcons woes and general Tom Dimitroff was fired as well from his position. Since moving on from both head coach and general manager the Falcons have since hired former Tennessee Titans offensive coordinator Arthur Smith and new GM Terry Fontenot.
