While free agency isn't quite over, most of the biggest dominos have fallen. As teams have made their early moves addressing their needs, some are left with obvious holes to fill in the draft. However, some teams are just as confusing as before. Every year, there are expected trades, but the NFL draft rarely goes as most predict it will. There are plenty of teams that fans speculate will trade up, but there are only so many teams willing to sacrifice the chance at top talent to trade down for more picks.
