The 2023 NFL Draft is just under one week away with NFL teams and fans converging on Kansas City for all of next weekend's festivities. It has been a long pre-draft process with a lot of movement, storylines and a wide range of opinions on many prospects in this year's class. With that said, teams have made their evaluations of these prospects and are finalizing their draft boards. Suffice it to say, there is a ton of anticipation for every NFL fan awaiting the main event when teams put their evaluations and draft boards to use. In this mock draft, I will be putting myself in the general manager chair for every NFL team going over my predictions for the first two rounds of next week's draft. While this is predictive in nature, many of these predictions are based on rumors we have heard throughout the draft process as well as the information gathered from how each team handled free agency. Even though I tried to factor in how I think different teams will view different prospects and their team needs, I should note that my own evaluations did come into play for a lot of these picks. The NFL Draft is impossible to predict even for the best experts in the industry, so I will be happy if even a quarter of my predictions turn out to be correct.
