There is no way the Bears can stay at No. 20 in the NFL Draft and realistically hope to land a franchise quarterback. It’s absolutely mandatory that they trade up. They can’t simply move up for whoever is left out of the top five prospects, either. This decision is too important to settle for the guy everyone else bypassed. They need to jump to No. 3 overall, which is as high as they can get since the Jaguars and Jets are equally desperate for a quarterback, and take either BYU’s Zach Wilson or Ohio State’s Justin Fields.
