In our first 2019 NFL mock draft after the NFL’s free agency period has pretty much died down, QB’s rule the early part of round one. The hype for the NFL free agency period was nearly over before it even officially began. That’s not a surprise when there is a legal tampering period that gets underway two days beforehand. Most teams and players, particularly the big names, already have agreements set in place before the official start. At that point, the official start of the new year is simply putting ink to paper. There are still some quality players that remain on the market. However, much of the fallout from free agency has already occurred. That allows us to get an idea of what teams are thinking of going into the 2019 NFL Draft. Now that the strong wave of free agency is behind us, we thought now would be a good time to throw out a two-round mock draft.
