The Browns are reportedly split on whether to take Myles Garrett or Mitchell Trubisky No. 1 overall. Two weeks ago, I examined what it would cost to move all the way up from No. 12 to No. 2 and secure both, figuring that if the Browns were truly sold on Trubisky, that's how high they would have to climb to make sure they don't miss out on him.
